The application process has been made easy for you to apply.  Please review the necessary information thoroughly.  Applicants should be sure that they qualify for the program prior to forwarding an application.  Please review Who Qualifies. 

Once you have determined that you fit the criteria required to submit an application, you should not forward it to The FACE Program until you have documentation required to complete your application.  Applications will not be considered if forwarded incomplete or without proper documentation.  The FACE Program will maintain applications on file, and will keep open for 30 days.  The application will be considered closed after 30 days if it remains incomplete, requiring an applicant to reapply. 

As The FACE Program would love to consider each application, only the applicants that require immediate attention will be considered a priority.  However anyone who believes that they qualify is encouraged to apply.

1. Upon receiving all the required documentation, your completed application will be processed and approved by the  The FACE Program's Director. 

2. Any documented proof of circumstances will be considered.

3. Application processing time is 10 days. 

4. Once your application has been selected as a potentially approved participant, you will be notified via email.  At that time there will be no other information or documentation which will be required.

5. Immediately you will be scheduled for the training sessions, applicants must submit original documentation of household bills, income and any other documentation that’s wished to be considered under the program.

6. Within two weeks after you have been selected as a participant, you will receive by regular mail a packet of information.  The packet will include;

   • The Location of the Retreat/Seminar Sessions

   • The Date of the Retreat/Seminar Sessions

   • A Complete Schedule of Events

   • The Number Of Participants Attending The Retreat/Seminar Sessions

   • Your Original documentation

   • Remember incomplete applications will remain open for 30 days and after which time the applicant must reapply as a new applicant to be considered.

7. An email notification of your application status will be sent after the application deadline has closed.
